We don’t take insurance directly, but we’ll give you the paperwork to submit a claim. Insurance coverage can vary.

We ask that you call to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t, a fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file (unless there are extenuating circumstances). This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments.

Our office is open on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and on Wednesday from 11 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays and weekends. However, you can still reach us by email at info@atonemd.com, and we’ll do our best to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
