We are a private pay clinic only. We choose not to participate in any insurance plans so that our providers may treat you with the best possible options and the optimal amount of time.We can provide you with codes to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee coverage.  We do not file insurance claims nor do we do prior authorizations for insurance covered medications. We are not a designated Medicare provider.

We ask that you call to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t, a fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file (unless there are extenuating circumstances). This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments.

Our office is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9AM to 5 PM. Our office is closed on Wednesdays.Client appointments are available with the doctor on Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 10-5pm. We are closed for a lunch break each day from 1:30 to 2:00pm. However, you can always reach us after business hours by email at info@atonemd.com, and we’ll do our best to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
